We have not one but two upcoming concerts!

On Saturday 2nd July at 7.30pm we will be performing our summer concert at St Dunstan and All Saints in Stepney featuring lots of wonderful music including Monteverdi Madrigals and Vaughan Williams Three Shakespeare Songs. All proceeds will go towards Save Your Queens Head. The Queen’s Head is our fab local pub in Limehouse which is unfortunately under threat – follow the link for more details. Please come and support the concert and the local community, and if you can, consider pledging towards the cause yourself! If you’ve ever enjoyed a post-concert drink with us there I’m sure you’ll agree it is worth it!

Our concert programme:

Byrd: Laudibus in sanctis
Weelkes: When David Heard
Dering: Factum est Silentium
Lobo: Versa est in luctum
Harris: Faire is the heaven
Campling: How lovely are thy dwellings
Charles Wood: Hail Gladdening Light
Monteverdi Madrigals: Ardo avampo mi struggo — Dolcissimo usignolo — Hor che’l ciel e la terra
Vaughan Williams: Three Shakespeare Songs
Pearsall: Lay a Garland
Campling: This is the morning

Tickets available online or on the door: £10 or £7 for concessions.

On Saturday 16th July at 7.30pm we are looking forward to performing at the Shrine of St. Augustine in Ramsgate – more details to follow! Tickets will also be available online and on the door.
