Andrew Campling founded the Thames Chamber Choir in 1999 and has been its musical director since then. He also directs the Marcel Sinfonia, the London Docklands Singers and is chorus master of the Choir of the London School of Economics.

Andrew is a graduate from Keeble College Oxford and holds an MMus in composition from Goldsmith (University of London). Five CDs of his music have been released and his works have been performed in venues including St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Purcell Room and the Royal Albert Hall.

Christian Spielmann is a freelance conductor and singer. He has studied conducting with Gerd Mueller-Lorenz (Conservatoir Lübeck) and Gregory Rose (Trinity College of Music). Christian has worked with several choirs in Germany and the UK and alongside Andrew Campling, he now leads the Thames Chamber Choir. Christian has a strong interest in music collaborations with artists from other disciplines.
